He explained: “I just love a cooked breakfast, so when I knew that turkey bacon, beans, grilled tomatoes, fried eggs and sausages could still be on the menu, I was hooked.”
While following a diet he loved where he could enjoy his favourite foods, Bryan decided to go even further and incorporate a bit of exercise into his daily routine.
He started walking 5k, slowly building from walking to running over time and finally completing a five-mile run, three times per week.

Feeling fitter and healthier, Bryan decided to pick up his love for golf again, walking a 7.5k course, three times per week.
