When it comes to maintaining or trying to lose weight it is easier said than done. For many of us, working out and eating a balanced diet seems to be the key to success.

However, for one London and Dubai-based influencer they have taken it to the next level. Cosmin Cernica, who goes under the username @cosmincernica, his desire to keep slim is funded by his lavish lifestyle.

So much so that he is spending a staggering £10,000 a month doing it. Yes, you read that right a month!

Every week, Cernica has a slimming and nutrition specialist come to his home for a fat-melting session.

The specialist brings him £200,000 worth of equipment using custom-made radio-frequency machines to dissolve his fat. The company offers non-surgical liposuction and body and; face contouring.

Speaking about the treatment exclusively to the Express, he said: “It’s like a royal experience for me in the comfort of my own home and I don’t have to waste time travelling to her clinic.

“It is my dream to watch Absolutely Fabulous on TV whilst my fat is melting and to make sure I have a chiselled face and amazing jawline.”

But how much does this treatment set Cernica back? A whopping £1,000 per week to feel “fabulous and lighter”.

He continued: “With a penchant for luxury and looking good, I invest huge amounts of money to ensure I stay in peak physical condition.”

This extent also sees Cernica exercising only in designer gear as it gives him that extra confidence, wearing brands like Celine, ALO and Emporio Armani, all adorning his wardrobe.

Fitness accessories are also high on Cernica’s luxury list. The influencer added: “I will only play padel with my £1,000 Versace racket because why not, the opulence I feel gives me that extra edge over winning.”

When it comes to travel Cernica only flies to London first class and makes sure to book E-pulsive in Kensington, where the likes of Lady Amelia Windsor and Lady Kitty Spencer both go.

In case you haven’t heard of E-pulsive it is studio and home personal training sessions using electrical muscle stimulation (EMS).

It costs £80 for a 20-minute session with Cernica attending two to three times a week.

“I’m also very fond of mindfulness and regularly attend Yoga and Pilates classes at the Burj Al Arab, costing £2,000 per month,” he explained. “I don’t care that I pay more for the luxury high-end location as I love to surround myself in lavishness and it fills me with contentment and I believe that looking good while working out is just as important as the workout itself.

“I actually hate working out but if I wear nice clothes, I feel like I can go through a one hour of training easier and I will only drink from my Prada water bottle, it makes the water taste cleaner,” said Cernica.

The influencer also has a daily Personal Trainer, Maxime, who travels with him everywhere, even abroad costing him an astonishing £4,000 per month.

Cernica said: “Spending £10,000 a month on staying slim is everything to me and makes me wake up happy. If I don’t look my best, I can’t be my best.”
