Married At First Sight star Lauren Huntriss is the latest reality star to reveal her incredible lockdown body transformation.
On Wednesday, the 34-year-old shared photos of her fit figure after shedding several kilos in recent weeks.
Lauren said she overcame anxiety and depression and found motivation through establishing a routine while stuck at home, which included regular meditation and exercise.

Lauren, who is based in Newcastle, North of Sydney, shared a picture of herself taken during the state’s first lockdown when she was ‘anxious, depressed, unmotivated and lost’.
She then posted a photo of herself taken in recent weeks, where she looked svelte and toned.
‘And this is me now… lockdown number two,’ she wrote. ‘Happy, healthy, thriving.’

Lauren explained that establishing a routine while at home in lockdown, as well as exercising daily, meditating, listening to motivational podcasts and positive self-affirmations, have helped her get through.
The former reality star recently spoke about the use of filters on Instagram to remind fans that not everything they see online is real.

Sharing a selfie for an ‘Instagram VS reality’ post, Lauren wrote: ‘These days anyone with a smartphone can use an app to smooth their skin, slim down or skew any part of their face or body in an instant.’
‘So before you compare yourself to your favourite celebrity or influencer, just remember… they have most likely altered their photo in more than one way.’
She added: ‘Embrace the real you, the un-edited raw version because you are perfect just the way you are.’
Lauren rose to fame on Married At First Sight Australia on season six, back in 2015.
She ‘married’ virgin Matthew Bennett on the show but they failed to last.
He is now in a relationship with British beauty Bela Jameson.
