ISABELLA Strahan has celebrated finishing chemotherapy in an emotional vlog featuring her father, Michael Strahan.
The star excitedly documented her final treatment, bringing fans along with her to the hospital.
Isabella, 19, began the video before chemotherapy, giving fans the run-down on what to expect.
“We’re leaving New York today to go to North Carolina for my last treatment,” she said, adding, “Yay!”
She brought fans along for the treatment, recording herself in various places inside the hospital.
“I’m so excited because it’s the last time hopefully ever,” she said as she lay in a hospital bed getting fluids.
“Jealous of people who don’t have to do this but at least it’s almost over, and praying for those who have to go through it.”
She then documented her “last bag” of chemotherapy drugs.
The next day, Isabella recorded herself in the hospital getting fluids.
“Fit check of my hospital fit,” she said, showing off pink and white striped pajamas.
Isabella later recorded as she signed a football for another patient.
“I’m gonna sign my first football,” she said before joking, “I’m passing it off to someone who has signed a football.”
“You want me to sign it?” her dad, Michael, asked, taking a marker from her hand.
Isabella chatted with the boy and his mom in the video, at one point comparing bald heads.
The vlog ended with Isabella getting one final bag of chemo drugs, teasing more to come, including a “confetti parade.”
Fans in the comments celebrated the young star, who is battling medulloblastoma.
Michael Strahan’s NFL career
Michael Strahan is one of the most recognizable faces on television.
But he came into his media career off the back of a hugely successful stint in the NFL.
Strahan spent 14 years all with the New York Giants from 1993 to 2007.
He was a seven-time Pro Bowler and helped them win the Super Bowl in 2007 – ending the New England Patriots’ hopes of a perfect season.
Strahan was also a two-time NFL sacks leader and also won Defensive Player of the Year.
The ex-Giants star set the single-season sack record with 22.5 in 2001 – a feat which was matched by J.J. Watt exactly 20 years later.
He is one of the best defensive stars to have ever played the game – finishing with 141.5 career sacks and 854 tackles.

She uploaded a snap of Isabella seated across from her at a small table as they indulged in scrambled eggs and avocado toast.
Isabella wore a white, long-sleeved top and a matching baseball cap with gold jewelry.
She smiled as she looked down at her food, holding a shaker over the dish.
“Weekend was cute,” Sophia captioned the post.

Isabella commented on the post, writing, “Cute.”
Sophia has been supportive of her sister amid her cancer battle.
Isabella revealed her diagnosis on Good Morning America earlier this year.
“I’m so lucky to have the most amazing sister and best friend in the world,” Sophia wrote on Instagram after her sister shared the news.
“The last few months have been so much harder than we could have ever imagined, but it’s made me realize just how strong you are. You inspire me and I’m so proud of you. Us forever,” she added.
