Ligue 1 side Monaco have confirmed the marking of defender Malang Sarr on a year credit deal from Chelsea.

The 23-year-old joins the club having played just 21 games generally through his spell at Stamford Bridge, and will in all likelihood rush to play even more regularly during the 2022/23 season.

The club’s actual affirmation on the marking examines: “AS Monaco are fulfilled to report the presence of Malang Sarr.

“After Takumi Minamino, Breel Embolo and Thomas Didillon, AS Monaco have made their fourth summer marking. Malang Sarr, the 23-year-old central protect under concurrence with Chelsea FC, has joined the Principality on a season-long credit deal with a decision to buy.

Talking after the move, Sarr conveyed his pleasure at returning to Ligue 1, where he played with Nice for four seasons: “I’m uncommonly happy to join AS Monaco and to be back in Ligue 1 Uber Eats, a relationship in which I started and which I know well.

“I should thank the Club for its assurance. I’m right now expecting to blend in with my new ecological factors and getting to know my new partners, with the yearning to achieve a lot together.”
