A mum has shared her funny story about a mix-up with her personal trainer that might make her continue her fitness journey elsewhere.

Gemma Hill, a radio presenter at Heart West Midlands, told her story in a TikTok video that has been viewed more than 130,000 times and made people laugh a lot, reports The Mirror.

She said that her new personal trainer asked her to take ‘before’ photos in her underwear. He told her not to breathe in or pose for good angles, but “be honest” so she could see how much progress she makes.

So Gemma did what he said, took a photo in her underwear and sent it to him – but his response made her feel very embarrassed.

Gemma replied: “OMG I’m so sorry. What a t**t I thought I was meant to send them to you. How embarrassing. I’m so sorry”.

The trainer said: “No lol I don’t ask clients to send me pictures in underwear. I was eating dinner with my girl she’s quizzing me ‘who is this chick…'”

Gemma captioned the video ‘How do I go back’ with a sad face, but many viewers told her that it’s an easy mistake to make.

In a screenshot of their chat, you can see Gemma’s photo and then the trainer’s reply: “Hey, sorry Gem I meant take photos for yourself not to send to me. So you can check out your progress.”

One person said: “My PT told me to take pics but said do not send me them so I’m assuming others have before…”

Another shared: “Don’t worry I probably would have thought the same! I would have assumed the PT had a before and after board or website or something!”
