The PERi-PERi Wrap Kits launched this week and are currently available to purchase at Morrisons and Co-Op.
On April 5th, they’ll be on the shelves of Iceland too.
As the wrap kits come without chicken, they’re also suitable for vegetarians who can add another option such as halloumi to recreate a signature dish.
As restaurants have been closed for the majority of the last year many chains, including Pizza Express, Dishoom, Pizza Pilgrims, and Honest Burger, launched meal kits to stay afloat, alongside dozens of independent restaurants with the likes of cult favourites Cue Point, Bancone and Arabica becoming sell out successes.

Nando’s, which is set to reopen some of it’s venues for outdoor dining on 12th April, last year launched their own chicken meal kit in collaboration with Mindful Chef, but it was only available for a week.
At just £6 per person, shoppers were sent everything they need to recreate one of the chain’s signature dishes. Customers had the choicebetween butterfly chicken, chips and fino slaw or a quarter chicken legs, macho peas and sweet mash.
Earlier this year, Nando’s launched their hottest ever flavour – Extra Extra Hot.
The ‘extra extra’ hot spice is now available to add to dishes ordered for takeaway and delivery
Other options include PERi-Tamer, Plain…Ish, Lemon & Herb, Medium, Hot and Extra Hot. The spicy option will be available for British fans of PERi-PERi to get their fix from today via delivery and click and collect.
The new spice, labelled Vusa, which means excitement and fire in Zulu, is a combination of African Bird’s Eye Chilli, lemon, garlic, cider vinegar and bell pepper puree.
For those willing to turn up the heat, the spice can be added to all its menu items, from the famous PERi-PERi chicken to The Great Imitator, its first ever plant-based alternative.
