NIKKI Bella has filed for divorce from her husband, Artem Chigvintsev after he was accused of domestic abuse.
The Dancing with the Stars and Strictly Come Dancing pro was arrested after he made a call to 911 for injuring Nikki.
Nikki, 40, went to court on September 11 to file the paperwork, according to TMZ.
The outlet reports that she began looking for divorce lawyers the day after the incident.
She settled on Evan Craig Itzkowitz.
The couple was married for two years and share a son, Matteo, together.
The filing comes two weeks after Artem was arrested for felony corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant for attacking Nikki.
Nikki is staying in their Napa Valley, California, home with Matteo while Artem, 42, is staying at a friend’s house, according to TMZ.
The divorce doesn’t come as a surprise as Nikki was seen without her wedding ring days after Artem’s arrest.
ARTEM’S ARREST
Artem was booked on domestic battery charges on August 29, according to TMZ.
A 911 call was made by Artem around 8:30 AM PST to report a “medical emergency” at his home.
As paramedics and the fire department were on the way, he called back and canceled the medical help.

However, police did arrive and arrested Artem on the scene.
He was released later that day.
They also reported that injuries were involved.
The arrest happened one week after their wedding anniversary.

RING THE ALARM
On August 31, Nikki was seen leaving the Oakland airport with a bare finger.
However, she appeared in good spirits as she boarded a jet with a female friend.
The former wrestler wore a brown spandex top, a matching leather cap, loose-fitting cargo jeans, and a baseball cap.
Nikki completed the look with chunky white sneakers and a Louis Vuitton fanny pack.
As she held on to a coffee cup, she flashed her finger which did not have her wedding ring on it.
Artem and Nikki met when they were partnered together on DWTS in 2017.
