PETE Davidson has resurfaced in the public eye for the first time since the summer.

Back in the summer, comic and TV star Pete, 30, checked himself into rehab to work on his mental health – and now he has been seen out and about looking “healthy” and “well.”

In August, the comedian’s representative confirmed that he was still receiving treatment despite reports saying he was no longer at the wellness facility.

But now it seems that Pete is doing great after he posed with his pal Machine Gun Kelly when they attended a preview of The Room at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles together.

Looking “healthier” than ever, according to his fans, Pete rocked a red t-shirt and beamed for the camera while standing beside his friend.

Fans were quick to spot how Pete’s tattoos appeared to have been removed from his arms, with some flocking to Reddit to discuss his appearance.

Pete is known for his several inkings that adorn his body, with his arms and hands usually covered in intricate illustrations. And now these seem to have been removed.

“Random side note but, how many times can you actually get your tattoos removed? I feel like this is Pete’s third time??” penned one person on Reddit.

“Is it like an etch a sketch situation or is his skin like real thick and completely desensitized now?” they concluded.

Others then commented on how “healthy” Pete looks, with one writing, “Pete looks great! Looking a lot healthier.”

Another then added, “Petes looking the best he has in years! … And MGK is looking healthier too. Good for them! Love to see it.”

While a third said, “It’s good to see him looking healthy, happy and at peace. I really hope he keeps it up.”

Pete’s recent rehab stint earlier this summer wasn’t his first, with him having previously spent time in rehab in June 2023 to help manage his PTSD and borderline personality disorder.

A pal of the comic revealed at the time that the Saturday Night Live star regularly checks himself into rehab for “tune-ups” and “mental health breaks.”

A source close then told Page Six, “Anyone who knows Pete knows that he will always step up and get help when he knows he needs it.”

The source added, “He has a lot of people in his corner who love him and support him, and are proud of him.

Pete Davidson’s rehab stints

Pete Davidson has checked himself into rehab on several occasions, and for varying reasons each time.

Pete first checked into rehab in 2017 as he was diagnosed with BPD and PTSD.

In 2019, he went to the Sierra Tucson Treatment Center in Arizona.

The comedian underwent treatment at another mental health facility in June 2023.

Most recently, he checked back into rehab at the end of July 2024.

A source revealed that Pete had left the facility after only a few weeks.

“He’s taking a well-deserved break so he can focus on himself and learn to better deal with his PTSD issues.”

In 2021 Pete recalled how he was diagnosed with BPD in his early twenties.

‘A WEIGHT OFF MY SHOULDERS’

“I was always just so confused all the time, and just thought something was wrong and didn’t know how to deal with it.

“Then, when somebody finally tells you, the weight of the world feels lifted off your shoulders. You feel so much better,” he said.

Pete was diagnosed with BPD in 2017. He previously said that he believes that losing his father when he was only seven, to the terrorist attacks at the Twin Towers in September 2001, impacted on his mental health.
