During their conversation, Anne asked whether Rachael thought about the way people perceived her.

Rachael replied: “I don’t, I never look at anything.

“I’m like, afraid to quite frankly.

“No seriously, there was a site called I Hate Rachael Ray for years and I’m like, well at least they’re watching.”

Previously on the podcast – which launched in October – Rachael admitted to being “petrified” and “nervous” in social settings.

The topic came up as she interviewed author Harlan Coben on the November 26 episode.

She revealed: “I am so scared in social, you gotta go to a Christmas party or here is an event, I am just petrified as I am not good at it.

“I know I am not.

“I like to try things I might be successful at and I know I am not successful at that. I just get nervous.”

This came after the TV personality prompted health concerns among fans with her recent videos.
