The all-new podcast by the famous chef focuses on “what fuels us — our drive, resilience, and how we face life’s challenges”.

In her most recent episode, Rachael made a candid confession about how she struggles with an aspect of fame, with her also revealing what she finds challenging.

In the new episode, Rachael sits down with Jeremy Sisto, who she has sat down with in the past.

The pair chatted back in 2022 on The Rachael Ray Show when they spoke about the show FBI and the parallel between Jeremy’s real life and his character’s.

But in their all-new chat for Rachael’s new podcast episode, Jeremy shares stories from the beloved chef’s all-time favorite Law & Order show Six Feet Under, with the couple also touching on several other topics.

Also in the episode, the pair talk candidly about how work keeps them sane.

During the podcast, Rachael spoke about working and how she feels accomplished and good about herself after working all day.

“I’ve been working in kitchens off the book since I was 12,” she noted, adding how she “always feels better” after a day of work.

Rachael then went on to say how she has always felt good about herself if she knew that she contributed and learned something that day.

But then she revealed the most challenging part about her job and career, with her struggles with being in the limelight laid bare.

‘VERY, VERY CHALLENGING’

“To make TV or go to public things has always been very, very challenging for me, and the toughest part of it,” Rachael candidly revealed.

“But I love to work,” she affirmed.

She went on, “I love to work as long as we need to, to make it fun and right.”

Rachael’s podcast seems to have a huge focus on work, with the celebrity chef initially hinting at this when her series was announced.

Rachael told People at the time, “I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead (quite literally!) is about life’s journeys and what keeps us going.”

SERIES OF HEALTH CONCERNS

The release of the chef’s podcast series comes after Rachael sparked a series of health concerns following sharing several clips online.

According to worried fans, the celebrity chef appeared to slur her words in a preview for an episode of Rachael Ray in Tuscany back in the late summer.

In the video, Rachael paid tribute to legendary singer Tony Bennett by sharing the recipe for his favorite dish.

But fans were sidetracked and distracted by Rachael’s behavior, with many claiming that she was slurring her words.

One fan, said at the time, that they were “seriously concerned” about the chef.

Some fans even noted that her speech sounded “slurred” in parts of the video.

“She got emotional talking about her friend is all,” another Instagram user said.
