Chrissie Swan has undergone a dramatic body transformation over the last year after quitting alcohol and going on daily 10km walks.
And the radio presenter, 48, showcased her incredible weight loss on Tuesday as she stepped out for breakfast in Melbourne.
The slimmed-down star wore black leggings and a denim jacket while grabbing a bite to eat with Nova 100’s Head of Programming Ben Latimer.

Chrissie completed her casual outfit with a printed T-shirt and white sneakers, and slung a yellow backpack over her shoulders.
The former Big Brother contestant styled her long hair loosely, and opted for natural-looking makeup.
She looked cheerful for the outing, smiling as the pair stopped by a café.

The pair no doubt chatted about Chrissie’s Nova 100 radio show, Chrissie, Sam and Browny, which airs 6am to 9am weekdays in Melbourne.

She also turned to meditation and daily 10km walks to improve her physical and mental health during Melbourne’s 112-day lockdown.

In March last year, Chrissie said she was feeling better than ever following a booze-free night of karaoke with a girlfriend.
‘Booze-free activity degree of difficulty: 10 = karaoke. UNLOCKED! I can’t quite believe it but it IS POSSIBLE. Fresh as a daisy this morning and I still have my voice!’ she wrote on Instagram.
The mother of three revealed a month later her sleep had also improved significantly since giving up alcohol.

‘I posted this yesterday to my Stories and I was amazed by how many of you a) wanted to wear a white pair of bathers but haven’t and b) haven’t swum in the ocean for years,’ she explained.
She went on to urge fans to let go of their inhibitions, adding: ‘Now is your chance to do both – just do it!
‘Don’t worry about jiggly bits and saggy bits and whatever. Do it – trust me – you’ll feel alive and bold and invincible!’
