Riverdale star Lili Reinhart reflected on her ‘exhausting battle’ with depression, which began with her suffering panic attacks at age 13.
‘Some days I feel really defeated by my depression,’ the 24-year-old actress – who boasts 34.5M social media followers – admitted via Instastory on Sunday.
‘It’s an exhausting battle that I’ve been fighting for 11 years. Some days, like today, it can feel intolerable.’

Lili – who also lives with OCD – reminded her ‘fellow warriors’ that it’s okay to have days where you don’t want to fight.
‘You don’t need to justify your mental health to anyone. Prioritize yourself when needed, take time to rest. Surround yourself with good people and high vibrations,’ Reinhart advised.
‘But remember you are always worth fighting for. And tomorrow could be such a beautiful day.’
The Ohio-born blonde’s mental conditions are worsened by her ‘feeling like a prisoner’ shooting the fifth season of The CW soap in Vancouver through October.
