SEAN “Diddy” Combs is set to be hit with dozens of new allegations of sexual assault in a slew of civil lawsuits – but his lawyer has strongly denied the claims.
Attorney Tony Buzbee said he is representing 120 accusers – including one who claims he was just 9 years old when he was allegedly abused by the rapper – who plan to file their allegations.
Buzbee, who is based in Texas, said during a press conference on Tuesday that the allegations involve “many powerful people” and “many dirty secrets.”
He also noted that his team has “pictures, video and texts” to back up the claims.
“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors,” Buzbee told reporters.
“We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates.
“It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make damn sure we are right before we do that. These names will shock you.”
Buzbee said the allegations include “violent sexual assault or rape, facilitated sex with a controlled substance, dissemination of video recordings, sexual abuse of minors.”
He also said one accuser claims he was just 9 years old when Combs and others sexually abused him at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City.
The attorney claimed Combs lured the boy to an audition and promised him a record deal before he allegedly sexually abused him.
He also said his law firm will be filing suits on behalf of other accusers who claim they were minors when Combs allegedly abused them.

Combs, 54, vehemently denied the allegations via his lawyer Erica Wolff on Tuesday.
“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” Wolff told TMZ.
“That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.
“He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
It comes after the rapper was charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution after his arrest at a New York hotel last month.

Combs’ lawyer has strongly denied the new accusations against him and vowed to prove his innocence in court. Attorney Erica Wolff told TMZ:

The music mogul was denied bail by two consecutive judges last month and is currently being held in the infamous Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York – previously home to the disgraced likes of R. Kelly and Ghislaine Maxwell.
On Friday, Combs was hit with a lawsuit by a woman who claims he abused her for years and got her pregnant.
Just days earlier, a separate case filed by accuser Thalia Graves alleged the rapper had raped her in his recording studio in the year 2001.
Meanwhile, an indictment unsealed last month listed sordid details of “Freak Off” parties allegedly hosted by the rapper.
The 14-page document alleged Combs created “a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in… sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.”
Combs has denied wrongdoing in response to the existing lawsuits against him and has pleaded not guilty to the federal charges.

What happened during Sean Combs’ ‘freak offs’?
Sean Combs’ infamous drug-fueled freak offs, first revealed by his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s lawsuit in November 2023, have become a central narrative of the indictment, which alleges:
- The music mogul “manipulated women to participate in highly orchestrated performances of sexual activity with male commercial sex workers.”
- Freak offs “occurred regularly, sometimes lasted multiple days, and often involved multiple commercial sex workers.”
- Combs “distributed a variety of controlled substances to victims, in part to keep the victims obedient and compliant.”
- He and the victims “typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use” after the freak offs.
- Cops “seized various Freak Off supplies, including narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant” from his homes in Los Angeles and Miami.
- Combs “hit, kicked, threw objects at, and dragged victims, at times, by their hair,” during and separate from the freak offs, which “often resulted in injuries that took days or weeks to heal.”
- He also used the “sensitive, embarrassing, and incriminating recordings” that he made during freak offs as “collateral to ensure the continued obedience and silence of the victims.”
