What made her spouse sue Motley Crue?
Mars declared his retirement from touring in October 2022 due to chronic health concerns, but the band revealed the next day that John 5 had taken his position, confirming Mars’ total departure from the band the same week. Mars subsequently sued Motley Crue, claiming that the band exploited the incident as a reason to kick him out of the band he co-founded 41 years ago.

He told Rolling Stone that he covered for them when they wanted to go high and f**k things up, but now they’re attempting to take away his heritage, his share of Motley Crue, his ownership of the name, and his brand. He, on the other hand, is not going to allow them. “How can you fire Mr. Heinz from Heinz Ketchup?” he wondered. Similarly, in an interview with Variety, he accused his former bandmate of pounding him since ’87’ in an attempt to replace him. “I carried those bastards for years,” he said to Variety.
He claims to have helped start the band and that his name is on it. He came up with the name Motley Crue using the money he received from a supporter to establish his band. And they pushed him for many years because of his memory, which he described as “out-of-proportion crap,” he claimed.
He remembered going to all of his physicians after they told him his memory was impaired in about 2012. His physicians all stated there was nothing wrong with him. Mars said that he wishes to retire from touring because to his AS (Ankylosing Spondylitis), an inflammatory type of arthritis that mostly affects the spine and pelvis, which he was diagnosed with when he was 17 years old. He has no trouble remembering the songs or anything else, but he does have an issue with people continuously telling him that he has lost his memory, which is completely false, he said.
