LONDON – The new spherical of talks on Monday (March 14) between officers from Russia and Ukraine was held amid indications that prospects are enhancing for a negotiated ceasefire to a battle that has killed tens of 1000’s, and created greater than 2.5 million refugees.

“We see significant progress in the negotiations,” stated Mr Leonid Slutsky, a senior member of the Russian negotiating workforce.
