BEYONCÉ has revealed she sneaks into Target unnoticed by wearing a black hoodie as a disguise.
The global superstar – who often travels with a huge entourage to avoid getting mobbed by fans – admitted she can go undetected “on a good day.”
Beyoncé, 42, made the shocking admission during an interview with fashion editor Carine Roitfield for CR Fashion Book.
“To talk fashion for a second, what is your go-to outfit?” Carine asked the Halo singer.
“When I’m not dressed for an appearance and I’m training or hustling, my go-to outfit is a black hoodie and black sweatpants,” Beyoncé replied.
“I go through seasons where I literally don’t have a second to think about what I’m wearing.
“I enjoy consciously wearing the same black hoodie. On a good day, I can sneak into Target unnoticed.”
The singer also posed in a series of bold outfits in the accompanying photoshoot, rocking a mullet and blunt bangs in the snaps.
Fans shared their alarm at the singer’s “stealthy” tactic for going incognito on social media.
“Ohhh I would not let that live down if beyoncé was at my target and I didn’t know,” one wrote on X.
“Sooo I coulda been in target with Beyoncé and not have noticed…?” another added.
“OMFG queen of stealth,” a third posted.
This isn’t the first time Beyoncé has gone undercover in her daily life.
In December, she went lowkey in a black headscarf and sunglasses while riding a tour bus around New York City.
The Grammy winner was photographed while sightseeing around Times Square with her husband Jay Z, 54, and their daughter Blue Ivy, 11.
FESTIVE TRIP
Other friends and family were reportedly on the Tea Around Town tour bus that the singer rented out for the excursion.
The bus made sure to hit the top New York City Christmas attractions, including Bryant Park’s Winter Village, the Rockefeller tree, and the window displays at Saks Fifth Avenue.
The NYC trip comes on the heels of Beyoncé’s new film release.
In December, the singer took to Instagram to commemorate the experience of releasing Renaissance: A Film by Beyonce.
The movie shows Beyoncé performing her hit songs on her recent world tour and discussing the creative process.
She thanked AMC and every team member who worked on the film, detailing it as one of the hardest things she’s done in her career because of the short turnaround time.
” I practically slept in the edit, color, and mix sessions,” she explained.
The race against time continued in order to get this film out so quickly. But it was so worth all the grind.”
