SURI Cruise has shown her striking resemblance to her famous mom, Katie Holmes, in new photos of her out and about in New York City.
Photos captured the 18-year-old spending time with a friend before heading to college this fall.
In them, Suri strolled down the sidewalk sporting blue denim overall shorts, with one strap unbuckled, exposing her black crop top underneath.
She paired the look with black flip-flops, a green shoulder bag, and her long brunette hair in a messy bun.
Suri smiled quite a bit during the outing, showing her near-spitting image appearance to her mother.
Katie, 45, shares Suri with her ex, Tom Cruise, 62, who has been estranged from the teenager since she was a kid.
Tom didn’t publicly support his daughter during recent milestone events, including her 18th birthday in April and her high school graduation in June.
NAME CHANGE
Suri seemed unfazed by her father’s absence in photos of her enjoying the final weeks of summer, though she’s made it clear that she cut him out of her life.
For one, Suri listed her name in her graduation pamphlet as Suri Noelle, her middle name, completely nixing the last name she shares with her dad.
She went by the same name in May when she performed in Head Over Heels on Broadway.
Her legal name, however, has not been changed, and her last name is still Cruise.
It’s unknown what name Suri will refer to herself as in college, as she’s reportedly studying design at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.

Katie has kept her only daughter primarily out of the limelight, while Tom appears to aim for the spotlight.
Last week, the actor pulled off a wild stunt at the 2024 Summer Olympics closing ceremony in Paris, where he scaled down the Stade de France to hand off the Olympic flag to Los Angeles, where the athletic event will occur in 2028.
Part of the handoff included a pre-taped video, recorded in March, of Tom riding a motorcycle to the Hollywood sign.
Tom is known as a daredevil in the industry, as he generally performs his own stunts in his numerous action movies.

The 18-year-old hasn’t seen her father since her mom, actress Katie Holmes, divorced him when she was five.
Katie, 44, gained sole custody of Suri in 2012 and a generous settlement from her ex-husband.
Many fans believe that the reason behind the split was Tom’s association with the cult-like religion of Scientology.
After the divorce, Katie went off the grid with her daughter as they rebuilt their lives in New York, 2,400 miles away from the action star.
The actor has been accused of putting his religion before his daughter, with ex-Scientologists claiming he has been ordered to shun the Dawson’s Creek star and their child as non-believers.
High-profile former church member Samantha Domingo, daughter-in-law of opera singer Placido, said in 2019, “You can’t be anti-Scientology if you’re part of Tom’s family, you will be disconnected — look at his daughter Suri.”
She added that the church, which believes mankind is descended from an alien race of gods, viewed Suri “as a spiritual being in Tom’s daughter’s body.”
Despite his estrangement from the teen, the Top Gun star has remained in contact with his two older children, Isabella, 31, and Connor, 29, — who are both heavily involved in Scientology.
Tom adopted the two while married to his ex-wife Nicole Kidman, who has also allegedly been cut from their lives as a “suppressed person” — SP — someone who does not believe in the church.
Meanwhile, Katie and Suri live a much quieter life in New York and seem to like it that way.
Tom and Katie were Hollywood’s “It” couple in the early 2000s, as they got engaged shortly after they met.
They welcomed Suri in 2006 and tied the knot months later in Italy.
However, their marriage didn’t last, as Katie filed for divorce from Tom six years after they had exchanged vows.
She was granted full custody of Suri and a hefty settlement from Tom.
It’s rumored that Tom’s devotion to the Church of Scientology is to blame for the split and his years-long estrangement from Suri.
