A terrified teenage girl sent frantic text messages to her friends asking for help after she was allegedly lured into a construction site by a security guard who asked her to touch his penis for $50.

Zekry Bishara, 61, was charged following the alleged incident last Saturday night, which happened after the 16-year-old became lost in Sydney’s CBD.

Court documents revealed the teen, who had been drinking alcohol during the night, was walking up Loftus street looking for her friends after the Mardi Gras parade when she came into contact with Bishara.

‘I’ll take you somewhere safe,’ police allege the security guard told her.

The girl later told police she instantly feared for her safety, so she texted the word ‘help’ to her friends.

They responded by trying to call her but she didn’t answer.

Just after 11.40pm police allege Bishara opened a gate and walked the disorientated teen onto the construction site, before allegedly offering her an alcoholic drink.

Police allege he said to the girl ‘let me touch you, let me kiss you’ before offering the youngster $50 to touch his genitals.

‘No, I’m a child,’ police allege the girl replied to Bishara.

The court then heard the security guard allegedly exposed himself to the girl and put her hand on his penis before allegedly sexually assaulting her.

The teen phoned her parents following the alleged ordeal, who then took her to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital for observation.

Police attended the construction site a few hours after the alleged incident, with Bishara telling officers he simply ‘walked the girl up the road before she ran off.’

CCTV footage allegedly shows the girl entering the building site before leaving ten minutes later.

After arresting Bishara at the construction site, officers searched his wallet and allegedly found a $50 note.

Bishara was charged with sexually touching the girl without consent, carrying out a sexual act without consent and detaining a person with the intention of obtaining advantage.

He denies all charges and is due to return to court on May 4.
