He has a string of gigs coming up over the festive period – but one has already canceled on the Bravo star following his arrest.
James’ upcoming appearance at Komodo Lounge in Dallas is no longer happening, multiple sources confirmed to The U.S. Sun.
Ticket holders who already secured a spot were notified on Friday that their orders had been canceled.
Additionally, James has been removed from the website’s calendar that formerly had him listed as the performer for January 17.
The ticket link for the evening is also no longer active.
James posted about his Dallas appearance just hours before his arrest became public, gushing in an Instagram post: “I can’t wait to be back at my favorite spot in DALLAS!”
His first gig since the arrest which has not yet been canceled is scheduled for Saturday night.
Kennedy is slated to perform a ‘Haunted Holiday Party’ at The Rave/Eagles Club in Milwaukee presented by Stellar Spark Events from 9 pm with guest DJs.
A spokesperson for the venue confirmed to The U.S. Sun on Friday, “As of right now it’s still scheduled, if things were to change there will be a post on our social media.”
Kennedy is also set to perform in Washington, Oregon, and Massachusetts, before a big New Year’s Eve party in Missouri on December 31.
SIN CITY SHOWS
To date, all of the performances are scheduled to go ahead.
He is then expected to return to his Las Vegas residency at LIV nightclub at the Fontainebleau Hotel on January 4.
The U.S. Sun has contacted the venue for comment but did not hear back.
On Friday, Kennedy’s lawyers also released a statement regarding his arrest, stating, “We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations levied by the Burbank Police Department against James.
“We understand that there were no injuries and we are hoping that after careful review, the City Attorney’s Office will decide not to file formal charges.”
On the night of the arrest, Kennedy and his girlfriend Ally Lewber, 28, attended socialite Kathy Hilton’s annual Christmas party with Bravo co-stars at her home.
Partygoers alleged that Kennedy was aggressive at the party and spent most of the night away from Lewber, according to People.
“James was acting super aggressive all night long,” one attendee told the outlet.
“He was acting so erratic, running back and forth to the bar and body-checking people along the way.”
The unnamed person also claimed Kennedy, “appeared inebriated.”
BRAVE FACE
They added, “Spent the evening mostly alone but when he did speak to people, he appeared irritated and rude.”
The U.S. Sun reached out to Kennedy’s rep for comment.
Kennedy has been open about his battle with alcohol and is believed to have been sober for the past few years.
Lewber attended her clothing store event in West Hollywood on Wednesday evening, the day after the arrest, and made no mention of trouble between the pair.
She put on a brave face at the Windsor Store New Year’s Eve soiree at Short Stories Hotel, and even gushed about Kennedy in an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun.

The astrologer told guests she had suggested her boyfriend stay at home, as they’d been out a lot and he’s not a fan of big parties during the holidays as he’s sober.
She also spoke about the “bittersweet” decision Bravo made this month to fully recast Vanderpump Rules, which meant the end of an era for Kennedy, who had been on the show for years.
She said, “You kind of knew something was going to happen. Then when you find out the news, you’re like, oh, it kind of hits you. Like that part of my life is over.
“And I think it’s like grieving and just a sense of like, letting it go, reflecting, having gratitude. It’s just bittersweet. It’s like graduating high school or something.”
Lewber went on to gush about their relationship and that they are looking forward to not having cameras on them 24/7.
FIRST SIGHTING
She explained, “I do feel like we can now just like live our lives and not worry about like, ‘Oh, what’s our storyline going to be like? What drama do we have to share?’
“That isn’t healthy and I feel like we’re both just trying to enter this new era of our life and clear-mindedness and I’m obviously into spirituality and health. So I feel like this is the right time.”
Asked if she thinks James is going to miss the paycheck, she laughed, “No. Not really, no. I see people talking about the money, and I get it. I mean, I’m not worried about the money.
“Luckily, James with like his DJing, his shows have really picked up. He’s got a Vegas residency. He’s fine in the career department, he has a career. And he’s making a great amount of money.”
The U.S. Sun reached out to Lewber’s rep following the arrest but did not hear back.
The pair were both spotted separately outside of their home on Thursday, with Kennedy grabbing an Uber Eats delivery.
Earlier this year, Lewber also spoke to The U.S. Sun about how her boyfriend had swapped partying for a healthier lifestyle.
She said her boyfriend was calmer than arguments on the reality show led fans to believe.
“I don’t want to speak on his past, I’ve seen clips and things, alcohol can really amp up our emotions,” she explained in February.
“But where we’re at now, I feel safe, we’re healthy.”
