VANESSA Hudgens has confirmed that she gave birth to her child.
Earlier this year, the High School Musical actress revealed she was expecting at the Academy Awards.
This is her and her husband Cole Tucker’s, 28, first child.
On Thursday, Vanessa, 35, shared a message on Instagram regarding the baby news being leaked before she was able to announce it herself.
Her statement read, “We’re disappointed that our family’s privacy was disrespected and exploited during this very special time.
“Despite all of that, mom, dad, and baby are happy and healthy.”
Yesterday, photos surfaced online of Vanessa leaving the hospital in a wheelchair in Santa Monica, California.
In her arms, she carried a newborn baby while wearing all-black underneath a blue sweater.
The star had her hair up in a ponytail while holding her child close.
A nurse pushed her to her luxe SUV with her MLB player hubby pushing a cart of bags.

On March 10, Vanessa debuted her baby bump for the first time while smiling at photographers at the Oscars.
She showed off her stunning figure in a skintight black dress that flowed at the bottom with a long train following.

Later on in the evening, the Spring Breakers actress posted some photos of herself on Instagram with many fans congratulating her in the comments.
“MOTHER IS MOTHERING!! congrats [Vanessa], we already love this baby so so much,” one wrote.
Another said, “You’ll be a wonderful mother!!!”
“Baby’s Oscar debut!” exclaimed a third.
