Fashion designer and singer Victoria Beckham has become known for her slender figure and healthy lifestyle over the years.

The wife of former professional footballer David Beckham, the 50-year-old has been known to follow a rigorous workout routine and a strict diet to keep herself in shape.

In fact, it has been widely reported that the fashion designer has eaten the same meal every day for the last 25 years.

David shared his wife’s go-to meal on River Café’s Table 4 podcast. He said his wife “only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables; she will very rarely deviate from that.”

Victoria shared a full breakdown of her food choices in an interview with Net-A-Porter, claiming that she is “flexible” when it comes to food as she and David like to eat out and socialise.

However, she added: “But when I do eat well, I see the difference in my skin – my eyes are whiter and sparklier and I have so much more energy.”

Some of the key foods she eats regularly are fresh fish, vegetables and salads as well as seeds and nuts.

She also loves eating fruit but said she doesn’t eat it “too much” as it can make her feel “bloated”.

The fashion designer also divulged what she tucks into when she fancies a “treat”.

She said: “I am disciplined with my eating – that’s how I find I get the most out of my body.

“My treat is a few glasses of red wine, and I also love tequila, and I do eat carbs. I have lots of avocados and really good fats, like salmon.

“With four children and a job, I work long hours, and doing this works for me so I can give 100 percent.”

So what does Victoria Beckham eat for each of her meals? Here’s a breakdown of what she eats for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Breakfast

Victoria starts her day with an unusual combination – two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and hot water and lemon.

Rather than tucking into a milky cup of tea, drinking a cup of hot water with lemon aids digestion, provides vitamin C and is great for weight loss.

Victoria said: “Each morning, the first thing I do is have three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, followed by a mug of hot water and lemon and multiple coffees.”

She also reportedly enjoys a smoothie with a blend of apples, kiwi, lemon, spinach, broccoli and chia seeds.

Lunch

As previously mentioned, Victoria loves avocados and has admitted to eating several of them each day.

The mum-of-four previously told The Telegraph in 2019 that she “eats three or four avocados a day” and credits them for keeping her skin healthy.

Dinner

Rather than tucking into carbs like pasta, Victoria swaps spaghetti for courgetti – courgettes that have been cut into long, curling pieces using a spiraliser.

She has been known to have courgetti with spicy prawns and mixed vegetables.
