Texas and Arizona have been among the states inundated by the flood of illegal aliens entering through our southern border. Yet, the Biden Administration doesn’t seem to give a darn about how that is affecting and harming the states involved. Their resources have been overwhelmed.
So, the two states had a great idea. Let’s ship the people who entered illegally and who are awaiting their asylum claims to Washington, D.C., so that the people in Washington finally get how we are being overwhelmed. They’ve been shipping hundreds of people in dozens of separate bus trips since April.
Texas will bus illegal immigrants released into the state by the Border Patrol to Washington, D.C.@gregabbott_TX said that the state has readied 900 charter buses to transport migrants.

Some of the people being sent showed that Biden’s claims about this being “women and families” wasn’t quite true.

So, how’s that working out? Are the folks in D.C. getting the message?
We don’t have a response back from Joe Biden, but we do have a lot of whining from Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser who was on “Face the Nation” with Margaret Brennan on Sunday, talking about the homelessness problem in D.C. during the crushing Bidenflation. Brennan asked Bowser about a Washington Post report that the homeless shelters and services in D.C. were now being overwhelmed by the buses full of illegal aliens.

MARGARET BRENNAN: “The Washington Post” reported last week that homeless shelters in D.C. were filling up and groups are getting overwhelmed by these buses that the governors of Texas and Arizona are sending here full of migrants.
How significant is this influx? How many people?
MURIEL BOWSER: Well, this is a very significant issue. We have, for sure, called on the federal government to work across state lines to prevent people from really being tricked into getting on buses. We think they’re largely asylum seekers who are going to final destinations that are not Washington, D.C.
I worked with the White House to make sure that FEMA provided a grant to a local organization that is providing services to folks. But I fear that they’re being tricked into nationwide bus trips when their final destinations are places all over the United States of America.
Notice again, all the single young men.
Bowser is upset because she thinks they’ve been tricked? How? For a free bus ride to D.C.? Democrats wanted open borders, Joe Biden has opened the door and seems perfectly fine with people flooding in, so what’s her problem with them showing up in her city? This is the result of Democratic policies. It’s hilarious that she’s flipping out, when she is just getting a small taste of what Texas and Arizona are having to deal with.
Let’s have Fox’s Bill Melugin serve her up a little truth.
D.C. is getting a small example of what tiny TX & AZ border towns have had to deal with every single day, with far less capacity. https://t.co/R45VgE1jOm
