In terms of his diet, Adam has previously opted for a no-carb food plan. 

Appearing on The One Show last year, Adam’s son said: “He’s on a no-carb diet and I’m telling him, ‘you need to start carb-loading a couple of days before.’” 

Eating foods low in carbs has been prove to help dieters lose weight. 

And experts have said that low-carb diets can cause someone to lose more weight than those who opt for low-fat diets, especially in the short term. 

Foods which are low in carbs include meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, nuts, tofu and eggs. 

And those on a low-carb diet should avoid foods including bread, pasta, rice and sweet treats.
