Sergei Chipilev, the deputy of the Russian veteran’s group, Combat Brotherhood also wrote about Andrei’s death of VKontakte, the Russian version of Facebook reports News Week.
The post read that Major General passed away on the territory of Ukraine. Sergei did not specify any of the circumstances but did say that he passed away during the special operation.
