Sylvia added that Mr. Colon-Delgado was outraged by this, and he immediately focused on Mr. Zelaya.
During the assault, “the firearm was discharged, hitting and killing Mr. Zelaya,” according to Sylvia.

Following the altercation, Luis Colon-Delgado, 42, and Jose Pagan, 23, of Fall River, were detained and arraigned in Fall River District Court on Tuesday.
Both Pagan, who has no prior convictions and Colon-Delgado, who is currently on probation for a federal narcotics allegation, entered not-guilty pleas.
Pagan is being held on a $25,000 cash bond for an assault and battery after the fact to an assault and battery with a deadly weapon, while Colon-Delgado was ordered held on $50,000 cash bail.
