Who is D’Luna-Bilbao?
So far, three people have been arrested for their alleged connection to the death of 51 migrants who suffocated in a van in San Antonio, Texas.
The federal authorities of the United States reported the arrest of Homer Zamorano, 45, who would have abandoned the truck in a deserted area. Zamorano has known residences in Houston and the Rio Grande Valley.

The two Mexican nationals were arrested and charged with possession of six firearms, in addition to being in the United States illegally.
According to court documents, reviewed by Noticias Aristegui, on Monday, June 27, 2022, at approximately six in the afternoon, San Antonio police responded to the emergency call about people who died inside a truck trailer.
Officers confirmed the presence of deceased persons inside the trailer. They checked the license plate of the vehicle and detected a house linked to these plates.
Agents from the San Antonio Police Department set up surveillance at the residence and, shortly after, saw two vehicles leave the house, which they stopped.
