Unfortunately, his career as a baseball player ended before it began, due to a torn rotator calf injury he suffered.
Thanks to his degree in economics, he was able to get a job with the New York Mercantile Exchange. Soon he specialized in the trading segment of crude oil, gold and agricultural commodities. During his career as a trader, his net worth rose tremendously, as he was working with great success. Eventually, he became a strategic advisor, after being on the Board of Directors for five years. Eventually, he had his own show on CBS entitled “Fast Money”, however, he left CBS for Fox News, as it gave him more freedom and exposure. Firstly, he started as a host of the business show “Happy Hour”, but as his experience grew, he became more involved in the program. In 2011 he started working as a co-host of the talk show “The Five”, along with colleagues Kimberly Guilfoyle, Greg Gutfeld, Dana Perino and Juan Williams. Furthermore, Bolling is a host of the Fox Business Channel news program “Cashin in”, succeeding Cheryl Casone in that position. This promotion has also benefited his net worth.
