This is the horrific moment a 24-year-old man slaps, drags and kidnaps a screaming woman after an argument over money.
Frank Andres Guanche allegedly tried to kidnap the victim, who has not been named, and put her in the back of a car in Haileah, Florida.
His partner reportedly got into a fight over cash, but the argument turned violent outside a home on West 12th Avenue and West 79th Street.
Arrested and Charged
The terrified owner called the police and Guanche was arrested and charged with kidnapping, aggravated harassment and false imprisonment.
Shocking footage of the Monday night attack saw the suspect slap the victim before she let out a bloodcurdling scream.

The man then throws her into the passenger seat of a car that she waits for her before getting behind the wheel and accelerating.
The disturbing scene began on the street in front of the house belonging to Hialeah City Councilwoman Monica Perez.
Perez told NBC Miami that she heard someone scream from inside the house and ran to see what was going on.
She said that when she pulled her camera out of the Ring app, she “witnessed a vehicle drive away with the door open and someone struggling.”
She immediately contacted police, who located the suspect and victim and made an arrest.
Suspect
Police later located the vehicle seen in the video that was located in the area of West Fifth Lane and West 78th Street.

Police said the 24-year-old suspect was fighting with a female victim over money issues when the argument turned physical.
According to the report, the victim got out of the vehicle and Guanche began following her, demanding that she get back in the car.
When she did not comply, he chased her into a driveway and began slapping her, according to the affidavit, Local10 News reported.
Police said Guanche then grabbed the victim by her hair, in which she fell to the ground, and the suspect dragged her for at least 25 feet, before she was forced into the vehicle and held against her will. It is unclear what relationship the victim has. she had with the suspect.
On Tuesday, at Guanche’s hearing, the woman in the video, who asked to remain anonymous, told the judge that “it was an argument that got out of control. I wasn’t being held against my will.’
This was despite the judge ruling that they were all serious criminal charges, Local 10 News reported.
