Who is Gerald Brevard III?
A senior law enforcement official identified the suspected serial shooter as Gerald Brevard III to The Daily Beast. Police confirmed the arrest on Twitter early Tuesday and said the suspect is being questioned in connection with two homicides and three shootings of homeless men this month.
