He is described as slim, with short blonde hair and was last seen wearing a set of gray shorts and t-shirt with a black stripe, gray sneakers, and a blue and black Adidas hoodie. Police are now appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
Harley Lowe, 7, was last seen around 11:40 a.m. in Barrow, Cumbria and was reported missing.
The young man was last seen on Amphitrite Street, pictured. Anyone with information or that he was in the area at the time of his disappearance is asked to contact police at 101.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “We are concerned for the welfare of missing 7-year-old Harley Lowe, who was last seen in Amphitrite Street, Barrow at around 11.40am today (April 15). .
“Harley is described as slim, with short blonde hair and was last seen wearing a gray shorts and t-shirt ensemble with a black stripe, gray sneakers and a blue and black Adidas hoodie.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact the police at 101.”
