A TRUCK driver killed a father in an accident after he fell asleep at the wheel, while also watching Netflix on his iPad.
James Emrys Lewis, 38, was unaware that police had stopped traffic in front of him on the freeway.
He crashed into a highway maintenance vehicle at 53 mph, crushing it between his semi-truck and another.
Passenger Simon Clover, 50, was killed and driver Mark Henderson was seriously injured.
They were driving to his home in Cardiff when the accident happened on the M4 in Wiltshire in September 2020.

Clover’s daughter Rebecca told Swindon crown court: “We are still waiting for him to come home and tell us he was working.
“Knowing we’ll never see him again is the worst feeling in the world.”
Former paratrooper Lewis admitted to causing the death by dangerous driving and was jailed for five years and two months.
