Who is Johanna Iovino ?
A woman who allegedly sped away from the scene of a deadly Long Island crash that killed two men while they were working on a parked pickup truck has been arrested.
Johanna Iovino, 30, of Lake Ronkonkoma, appeared in court Sunday, where she was charged with two counts of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, according to Suffolk County police.
She was wearing flowery leggings and a black T-shirt that said ‘Keep calm, I’m essential’.
Accident
The accident happened around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in Holtsville.
Robert Kehlenbeck, 46, of Selden, and Ryan Walker, 37, were working on a 1989 F-150 pickup parked outside Walker’s home on Express Drive South in Holtsville when police say they were struck by a vehicle.
The vehicle then fled east on Express Drive South. Express Drive South is a two-lane frontage road off the Long Island Expressway near Ocean Avenue.
Death
Robert Kehlenbeck, 46, of Selden, and Ryan Walker, 37, were working on a 1989 F-150 pickup parked in front of Walker’s home on Express Drive South in Holtsville when they were struck.

The vehicle that struck the two men then fled east on Express Drive South.
Kehlenbeck and Walker were rushed to Stony Brook University Hospital, where Walker was pronounced dead. Kehlenbeck was pronounced dead Saturday morning, police said.
Walker has a 13-year-old son and lives with his parents, who were too distraught to speak to reporters, NBC4 reported.
“They’re in shock, they don’t want to talk to anyone, they just want answers,” Kim Miller, who was inside the house at the time of the accident, told NBC.
‘We saw Robert in front of the truck, we didn’t see Ryan right away. The driver fled the scene and the police want to find him.
