Who is Sergio Kitchens ?
THE RAPPER Gunna has been arrested as part of an investigation into a violent street gang that has seen 28 suspected members charged.
The artist, real name Sergio Kitchens, has been charged with conspiracy to violate the Georgia Criminally Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
Gunna will appear in court on Wednesday as part of a racketeering investigation.
Gunna, who is signed to Young Thug’s YSL Records, was booked into the Fulton County jail and will appear in court on Wednesday.
Arrested and Charged
Suspected gang members have been accused of committing violent crimes to raise money and promote the reputation of their organization, Fox5 revealed.
District Attorney Fani Willis said, “No matter what your notoriety is, no matter what your fame is, if you come to Fulton County, Georgia, and you commit crimes … you will become a target and a focus of this district attorney’s office. district, and we are going to prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law.”
Gunna is among 28 people charged in the extortion case.
Court documents claim the rapper was part of a gang that “terrorized Atlanta for decades.”
It comes just days after Young Thug was arrested.

Young Thug, 30, whose real name is Jeffery Lamar Williams, was arrested at a rented Buckhead mansion on May 9.
He is said to be a founding member of Young Slime Life.
YSL is an Atlanta criminal street gang that formed in 2012 and is linked to the Bloods, prosecutors allege.
In the indictment, Williams is charged with robbery by receiving a stolen firearm in 2013 and threatening to kill a mall employee after being banned from the premises in 2015.
He has also been charged with possession of methamphetamine, hydrocodone and marijuana in 2017.
Prosecutors allege that the alleged gang members committed more than 100 crimes to further their interests.
Those claims include appearing in videos with inflammatory song lyrics, posting images of gang symbols on social media, possessing drugs with the intent to distribute, aggravated assault and murder.
