Who is Whitney Franks ?

Perst was upset when she made a comment about him “sneaking out at night”.
“Both ladies did not speak to each other or about each other. How did she know that James Perst was hanging around Ruut Ruutna’s at night?” the prosecutor asked.
‘She must have been following him,’ he added.
