33-year-old HGV driver Jess Marson failed to comply with a noise abatement court order requiring him to abate unrest in Clayton West, West Yorkshire.
Angry neighbors who have been woken up by birds for three years say the noise at 4am is significantly affecting their lives, reports Yorkshire Live.
One resident said in a witness statement: ‘This is not just an occasional bird singing, with multiple birds keeping.
“Usually once one starts, other birds join in with almost continuous song, either simultaneously or consecutively.
“Depending on the season and the weather, we are often disturbed from sleep at 4 a.m. or earlier, every day of the week, including weekends.

Ms Marson has set up a GoFundMe page where £245 has been raised since the beginning of this month to help her fight back in court.

She wrote: ‘So this complaint has been ongoing for 3 years. The location of the roosters is on semi-rural farmland that I rent from a dairy farmer.

“The complainant claims that he is woken up early in the morning due to the singing, however I have stayed outside in several places in the vicinity and do not consider the crows to be strong enough to wake anyone up.
I can’t go into any big details, but I think they’re not the reason he’s being woken up.
“I suffer from anxiety myself, so having my chickens helps tremendously with this. I don’t have children, they are my world, I love each and every one of my babies! It would break my heart if they were meant to be removed.
