WYNONNA Judd’s daughter, Grace Pauline Kelley, has a warrant out for her arrest after back-to-back busts this year, including a charge of soliciting prostitution.
Grace, 28, was arrested on August 3 in Georgia and charged with driving while license suspended or revoked, flee/attempting to elude police officer and helmet/eye violation on a motorcycle.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal a warrant was issued for Grace’s arrest on September 11, 2024 after she missed a court hearing in the case.
Court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun reveal, “The Defendant failed to appear on the above-referenced date to respond to the above reference accusations.
“The Solicitor of the State Court of Carroll County requested that Defendant’s appearance bond be set for a forfeiture hearing and that a bench warrant be issued for the arrest of Defendant.
“Apprehend the above-referenced Defendant and keep him/her safely at the County Jail, so that you produce him/her before the presiding Judge of the State Court of Carroll County, then and there to answer the charges contained in the cases referenced above.”
Grace’s next court date will be in January 2025, according to the papers.
The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia declined to confirm if the warrant remains active as of October 11.
A representative for Carroll County Court confirmed the bench warrant hasn’t been returned.
LATEST ARRESTS
Grace committed the alleged offense on June 11, 2024, as the complaint claimed she “did willfully refuse to bring her vehicle to a stop after having been given a single to bring her vehicle to a stop by [an officer].”
The officer was in a “clearly marked patrol vehicle using lights and siren to stop.”
The report also noted Grace was driving with no headgear and with a suspended license.
She was released on $2,750 bond.
Prior to her most recent arrest, Grace was put behind bars and charged with indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations.
Days later, prosecutors added a soliciting prostitution charge.
According to Daily Mail, Grace was walking down a highway in Alabama with a hitchhiking sign.
Millbrook Police Chief PK Johnson told the outlet, “When she made contact with our officers, she argued with them about the legality of what she was doing. And that it was not illegal for her to offer herself in exchange for rides.
“She was not appropriately dressed. She didn’t have the things covered that needed to be covered. And she was holding the ‘Ride for a Ride’ sign while she was in that state and with drivers going by, displaying herself.”
The soliciting prostitution charge was ultimately dropped and the indecent exposure charge was reduced to public lewdness, KSEL Country reported.
Grace pleaded guilty to the remaining charges, and was given a 90-day suspended jail sentence and fined $200 for public lewdness.
As for obstructing government operations, she got a 60-day jail sentence and was released on May 23.
LEGAL TROUBLES
The U.S. Sun has extensively reported on Grace’s legal troubles through the years.
Grace was arrested on May 1, 2023 and held on no bond for violating an order of protection/restraining order and violation of parole.
She was released days early on October 4, 2023.
Grace was also arrested on August 28, 2021, for a probation violation stemming from a 2016 arrest for possession of meth and was sentenced to be behind bars until March 16, 2024.
She was released early, as a spokesperson for the Tennessee Board of Parole told The U.S. Sun at the time: “The Tennessee Board of Parole reached a final decision following Grace Kelley’s Dec. 12, 2022 parole hearing, recommending releasing her to parole supervision with the following post-release conditions: cognitive-behavior programming, substance abuse treatment programming, release to halfway house, and community service work until employed.”
She was released by the Tennessee Department of Corrections on December 29, 2022.
As The Sun previously reported, Grace was arrested back on April 30, 2020, for a probation violation in her 2016 meth case, and was sentenced to eight years behind bars.
She was granted parole at her April 19, 2021 hearing and released, as she was ordered to report to the Murfreesboro Probation and Parole Office.
A spokesperson for the Tennessee Board of Parole previously told The U.S. Sun of her hearing: “The Board reached a final decision on April 22, 2021, recommending releasing her to parole supervision with post-release conditions.”
The conditions included substance abuse treatment, substance abuse aftercare referral and random drug screens.
The spokesperson explained: “Her home plan will need to be approved by the Tennessee Department of Corrections, then a parole certificate will be issued and then the Tennessee Department of Corrections will manage her release back to the community.”
But unfortunately, she was arrested on a parole violation that August.
DRUG CHARGES
The legal trouble started when Grace was arrested on June 14, 2016, and pleaded guilty to meth manufacture, delivery, sale and possession with intent on May 26, 2017, in Williamson County Court in Tennessee.
She was also charged with manufacturing and delivering meth in Maury County and pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of possession of meth.
Grace was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail, which was suspended. The Williamson County and Maury County charges ran concurrently with each other.
The sentence was to be served on probation after completing 30 days behind bars.
Grace was released from Williamson County Detention Center on June 16, 2017, and she continued her sentence at a court-ordered drug program.
She was then sentenced to eight years at West Tennessee State Penitentiary in 2018 for breaking probation when she absconded from the 21st recovery court program.
Grace was released from prison five years early on November 8, 2019, after she was granted parole in the eight-year sentence.
BABY BEHIND BARS
The U.S. Sun reported Grace was pregnant in jail, as court papers revealed a Tennessee judge approved her furlough request, which is a temporary leave of absence, due to her pregnancy on March 25, 2022.
The court papers read: “Having received a request for the sentencing court’s approval for the Tennessee Department of Corrections to consider a furlough of the defendant due to her pregnancy, the Court hereby approves this request.”
Grace has posted photos of her daughter, Kaliyah Chanel, on her public Facebook page.
Grace’s fellow jail inmate, Florence Fort, previously told The U.S. Sun that the famous granddaughter was expecting behind bars.
The U.S. Sun confirmed with a Williamson County Jail clerk that Florence was in the same facility as Grace from August to October 2021.
Florence claimed: “Grace got pregnant when she was out on parole. When I was at the jail with her, she was pregnant.
“She had her baby’s name picked out. She was excited.”
“She would call Wynonna all the time. She talked to her mom a lot. We even gave her a baby shower in jail and her mom called in the middle of it.”
A lawyer for Grace declined to comment at the time, while a rep for Wynonna did not respond to The U.S. Sun.

Grace welcomed her own daughter, Kaliyah Chanel, on April 13, 2022.
PROUD GRANDMA
The country singer recently opened up in an interview with Us Weekly about raising Kaliyah with her husband of 12 years, Cactus Moser.
Wynonna also said that she talks to Kaliyah about her mom, the late country legend Naomi Judd, who died in April of 2022 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
She added of her granddaughter, “She carries a picture of Mama around and a picture of her and her mom. I talk to her about them and say, ‘They love you very much.'”
Wynonna also revealed she and Kaliyah sing together.
“My favorite thing in life is to sit on the porch with her and eat ice cream. She’s in the rocking chair and she [says,] ‘Noni, where are you going? Noni, what are you doing?’
“Being with her in those moments [is] where I realized no amount of money can ever make you this happy. I thought it would, but it doesn’t,” she continued.
“Lying in the bed with her before bedtime and her putting her nose against mine and me singing to her, and she’s starting to sing back… [it’s] heaven on earth.”
Wynonna is also mom to son Elijah, 28, with her ex-husband Arch.
