ZAC Efron has revealed the NSFW original title for his latest film, A Family Affair, which came out on Netflix on Friday.
The actor plays Chris Cole in the romantic comedy, which also stars Nicole Kidman, Joey King, Kathy Bates, Liza Koshy, and Sherry Cola.
Zac, 36, and Nicole, 57, opened up about diving into the script, as well as the title changes, in an interview with People.
“Originally, it had a different title,” the Six Perfect Strangers actress said.
“It was called Motherf**ker,” Zac revealed.
Nicole added, “Beeped out.
“Somehow that didn’t make it onto the Netflix title.”
Zac and Nicole are starring in their second film together.
A Family Affair brought them back together 12 years after they appeared in their first film together, The Paperboy.
Zac plays a movie star who falls for Nicole’s character, a writer who also happens to be the mother of his personal assistant, played by Joey, 24.
WHO’S THAT?
In honor of the film’s premiere, Zac shared a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram.
In the clip, Zac and Joey were filming a silly scene where she chokes on a grape, runs into a door frame and passes out.

Immediately after the scene ended, Zac turned the camera around to show him and Nicole laughing hysterically and praising their co-star for doing her own stunts.
He then turned the camera back toward Joey, who walked toward them, also laughing.
Many fans, however, were more focused on Zac’s appearance in the clip.
“WTF !!!! What happened to your face Zac?” one fan questioned.

“Plastic surgery and aging … oh but smoking probably. They can’t fool us,” another person replied.
Others jumped to the Iron Claw actor’s defense, noting that he underwent surgery on his face after suffering a nasty accident years prior.
In an October 2022 cover story for Men’s Health, Zac revealed that he shattered his jaw while running in his Los Angeles, California mansion in socks.
The Baywatch star explained that he slipped and hit the corner of a fountain, causing him to pass out.
He woke up and realized his chin bone was “hanging off” his face.
Zac shared that the masseter muscles inside his face and jaw “compensated” for his injury, growing in size.
“The masseters just grew. They just got really, really big,” he told the outlet in regards to why his jaw looked larger than usual.
Zac previously denied having any plastic surgery after social media critics repeatedly questioned his seemingly altered appearance.
In December, the Neighbors actor found himself at the center of conversation about his appearance once more.
Zac sat alongside co-star Jeremy Allen White, wearing sunglasses throughout the interview.
Before trolls could speculate, Zac revealed that he was wearing the sunglasses because he had an eye infection.
ZAC’S TRANSFORMATION
Zac, Jeremy, 33, and all their co-stars underwent drastic transformations for Iron Claw.
His body transformation sparked even more buzz.
The Ricky Stanicky star credited his muscular physique to giving up veganism, revealing that he started intermittent fasting.
“I started intermittent fasting just after I stopped being vegan,” Zac told Men’s Health.
“My body wasn’t processing the vegetables in the right way. So, I decided to stop it and try something new,” he exclaimed.
“Intermittent fasting has been really helpful with that.”
