A seven-year-old beauty queen who works out several times a week and eats a ‘healthy’ diet has developed a jaw-dropping six-pack.

Angel Heiman, from Los Angeles, said she first noticed that her pageant-winning daughter, Kynlee, had abs when she was just three years old.

The athletic tot had been competing in pageants from the age of two, before her mother decided to put her forward for gymnastics – after which rigorous training saw her becoming increasingly lean and shredded.

To stay in tip top shape, Kynlee also adheres to a strict diet, with room for only a few ‘treats’ from time to time.

Still, Angel thinks muscular bods run in the family.

‘She works hard for it, but I do think it has to do with genetics too as three of my other children are also muscular,’ she said.

‘Kynlee and one of her brothers are always competing on who has the better abs.

‘She loves them and is proud of how toned she is. She does lots of ab exercises to keep them prominent’.

Angel entered Kynlee into her first beauty pageant at the tender age of two, and could instantly tell that her daughter was a natural performer, even with very little training.

Angel also ran a cheer gym, and soon noticed how easily Kynlee picked up the cheerleading routines by just watching and copying her mother.

Later on when the Covid-19 pandemic struck, Angel used the extra time to teach her daughter more routines, and soon the pair were regularly practicing together using gymnastic equipment at home.

The more that Kynlee learned, the more she fell in love with gymnastics and decided that she would one day take her skills to the Olympics.

By the time she turned five, she started attending a gym where she could properly train and perfect her skills.

She now works out around four times per week, however, she also sometimes trains at home with her mother as it can be more convenient.

Angel has witnessed first hand her daughter’s hard work ethic and said she isn’t the least surprised by how muscular Kynlee has grown.

She said: ‘She works so hard for this and is proud of how strong she is. She inspires so many people.

‘Kynlee is so little but so strong. I slept next to her in a hotel recently, and it was like sleeping next to a little brick. She’s solid’.

Angel said it felt right seeing Kynlee so happy, performing naturally, and making everyone else around her happy while she did it.

When describing her daughter’s bubbly personality, she added that she is over the top but not in an obnoxious way, and that she always picks up on other people’s needs.

She revealed that Kynlee loves getting dressed up in glam outfits, and even took her first trip to a nail salon at only two years old.

Kynlee is now way beyond her mother when it comes to beauty skills and can create a full face of makeup that most adults would be jealous of.

Angel documents her daughter’s exciting life on social media, which more often than not has attracted negative comments from trolls.

She said: ‘I don’t want to look back and think I had to hide my child because other people couldn’t handle how she looks.

‘She does sometimes receive negative comments about her six-pack on social media, but I delete them or just ignore them.

‘I don’t want to look back and think I had to hide my child because other people couldn’t handle her. She’s an inspiration.

‘I don’t regret sharing pictures of her abs, but sometimes I don’t want to hear everyone else’s opinions on it.

‘She trains hard and is strong, what am I supposed to do about it?’

The super-strong seven-year-old eats a very healthy diet, which Angel insists she ‘loves’.

‘She eats very healthily too, which she loves to do’ said Angel.

‘But she also likes cookies. She’s so active all the time, it doesn’t matter if she has treats’.

Looking ahead to Kynlee’s bright future, she added: ‘Kynlee can’t wait to start competing in gymnastics competitions now that she is old enough.

‘She’s still very focused on becoming an Olympic gymnast one day, as well as a famous actress when she is older’.
