Shitake Mushrooms

Experts say that a particular variety of mushrooms called, the shitake mushrooms are rich in vitamin B12. It is a good source which vegetarians and vegans can opt for. However, they contain very less amount of vitamin B12 because of which it is recommended to consume about 50 grams of mushrooms to meet the daily requirement.
