Marcell Ozuna, an Atlanta Braves batter, was arrested for DUI early Friday morning in Gwinnett County. The arrest of Ozuna was first reported on Reddit.

CBS46 in Atlanta later confirmed the arrest. Ozuna was arrested at 4:39 a.m. on Friday and released on bond at 8:12 a.m. the same day.

Ozuna has been arrested for the second time this season. He was on the Injured List when he was imprisoned for spousal abuse against his partner last May and initially charged with felony abuse by strangulation.

Ozuna later completed a diversionary program and received a 20-game MLB suspension.

He finished the season in Jamestown with Short Season when he returned in June. He batted 258 with 22 home runs and 62 RBIs in 74 games.
