SISTER Wives star Janelle Brown has slashed the price of her late son Garrison’s Arizona home for the second time, as she has struggled to sell the house.

Garrison, whose first name is Robert, died of suicide on March 4, 2024 at 25 years old.

Garrison’s four-bedroom, two-bathroom home was listed for sale on September 13, 2024 for $425,000.

The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal a second price cut has been made to the home.

On October 3, the price of the house was cut to $399,900.

With no buyers, the home price was slashed again on November 11, as the abode is now on the market for $389,900.

Garrison purchased the 1,441-square-foot home in December 2021 for $329,000.

“The home has fresh paint, vinyl floors and air conditioning,” the real estate listing reads. “On the main level you will find a living room with gas fireplace, kitchen, pantry, laundry/washer dryer and an office/den with a 3/4 bath.”

“Upstairs has four bedrooms, each with vaulted ceilings. A full bath is also located upstairs. The home has a small fenced-in courtyard and a small fenced backyard as well.”

The house has been featured on episodes of TLC’s Sister Wives.

Under Arizona’s intestate succession law, a property is given to the deceased’s parents if he or she has no spouse or children.

TRAGIC LOSS

Kody and Janelle’s son died of suicide, as he passed away from a gunshot wound in the bedroom of his home.

Garrison’s body was found by his brother Gabe on the morning of March 5.

In the police report obtained by The U.S. Sun, Gabe told authorities his older brother “had been struggling with mental health concerns and alcohol abuse.”

Janelle informed authorities that Garrison “stopped texting” the night before his suicide and sent “troubling messages.”

Janelle told authorities she “should have gotten Garrison help in the past.”

ESTRANGEMENT FROM KODY

She also noted that he was “estranged from his father.”

Garrison and Kody, who is a father of 18, had a tumultuous relationship for years.

As featured on Sister Wives, Kody and Garrison had a falling out because he refused to follow his dad’s strict covid rules.

They also argued over Kody living full-time with his fourth wife Robyn and their five children, as the patriarch rarely saw his three wives Meri, Christine and Janelle, and his kids with them.

REMEMBERING GARRISON

Kody wrote on his Instagram at the time of his passing, “Janelle and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown.

“He was a bright spot in the lives of all who knew him. Our loss will leave such a big hole in our lives, that it takes our breath away.”

A private funeral was held on March 9.

On March 24, the Sister Wives family gathered at the Clark County Armory in Las Vegas, Nevada, to honor the former Staff Sergeant in the Army National Guard.

Apart from Garrison, Janelle shares Logan, Maddie, Hunter, Gabe, and Savanah with Kody.

JANELLE AND KODY’S SPLIT

Janelle and Kody announced their split on Sister Wives: One on One in January 2023.

Janelle said on the special, “Things just really became sort of indifferent, like I just didn’t care anymore.

“I’ve kind of mourned that that part of our life is gone. I wasn’t heartbroken. It wasn’t heartbreaking for me…

“It was just kind of like, I just mourned that that life was gone… We had this great run.”

Janelle explained his feud with their sons contributed to their split.

Kody also split from first wife Meri and third wife Christine, as he only remains married to wife Robyn today.

MOVING ON

Today, Janelle is focusing on the launch of Taeda Farms with her daughter Madison and son-in-law Caleb Brush in North Carolina.

The U.S. Sun reported Janelle, Madison and Caleb purchased 156.4 acres of land for $289,000 on April 1, 2024 in Chocowinity, North Carolina.

Season 19 of Sister Wives is currently airing on Sundays on TLC.
