With the launch of Hailey Bieber’s beauty brand, it’s become more obvious than ever that the model prioritizes health and wellness. In her recent Rhode promo pictures on Instagram, Bieber flaunts her slim figure and glowing skin.

There’s now a whole line of products that confirm how Bieber gets her skin to look great, but what about her body? As for workouts, she’s been known to do weight training, pilates, and boxing. But she must have a healthy diet as well– after all, workouts and fast food won’t get you very far.

Bieber has been pretty open about what she does (and doesn’t) eat. While she cares about how she feels, she’s not as concerned with her exact weight. “[I] never go on a scale ever except for at the doctor!” she told Elle.

But the star has a few healthy habits that keep her feeling and looking 10/10. Read on to find out what they are, and next, check out 5 Foods Beyoncé Avoids To Look Stunning In Her 40s.

Although Bieber is no longer plant-based, she still cut out most meat from her diet. “I don’t eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don’t eat a lot of it. I’ve picked up more fish, greens, and lentils,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. According to Eat This, Not That! reporting, red meat can have a decent amount of calories and saturated fat, making it not the best food to eat daily if you’re trying to lose weight.

Gluten-free pasta is the model’s go-to. She typically tries to stay away from bread: “I don’t really eat a lot of gluten so I’m trying to be particular. I love a good kale Caesar salad [but with] no croutons. That’s usually one thing I leave out,” she told Elle. While a gluten-free diet works for Bieber, it may not be for everyone, as it can have some adverse health effects: you may not eat enough whole grains or become too strict with your diet.

Hydration is key for the supermodel. “I try to drink, like, a couple of bottles throughout the day,” she told Elle. It’s recommended that you drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day because it can improve brain function, support your organs, and help your body recover after exercise. Not to mention it’s a much healthier option than sugary beverages.

Bieber’s no stranger to the kitchen– *ahem* her TikTok viral pizza toast! But she knows how to make a lot more than just this iconic plate. In fact, the Biebers both like to cook together because it makes it easier to know what’s going into their meals. “Honestly, the food tastes different at home because it’s so fresh,” she told Vogue. They really enjoy grilling healthy veggies and corn on the cob– yum!

While Bieber loves a good dessert from time to time, she tries to limit sugar for the most part. “I really like the Magnum bars, obviously that’s a great one. [But I generally try to avoid] sugar. Sugar’s a big one for everyone, I think,” she told Elle. Besides Magnum bars, the star also likes to bake homemade cookies with Justin.
