Rumor has it, a third movie in the series is on the table.

It should come as no surprise that achieving the look of Daniel Craig in order to play the many roles he’s taken on involves hard, consistent work and dedication. Read on to learn some of Daniel Craig’s healthy habits that still make his physique incredibly toned and fit at 54 years old.

A few interesting things about Daniel Craig? He isn’t a fan of social media and likes his life to be kept private. Craig shares with Sorted magazine (via Forbes), “I can categorically state that I won’t be going on social media ever in my life,” adding, “It’s not that I dislike people It’s more that I just want to have a private life like everyone else who isn’t in the public eye. I don’t get why people want to speak to me or get me to go out with them or anything, anyway. I’m relatively boring and I like my own space.”

Although social media can be a great way to stay in touch with family and friends when used in moderation, studies have also linked it to symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Daniel Craig truly gave his all to prepare for the James Bond movies, teaming up with trainer Simon Waterson. According to Men’s Journal, Waterson and Craig started prepping for the 007 star’s role in “No Time to Die” over a year before filming began. Each month, they performed boot camps that lasted for two weeks. Filming days kicked off with 30 to 40 minutes of stretches and muscle work that pertained to sequences that were being filmed that day. (Filming itself included 10 hours full of car chases, fights, sprints, and more.)

It’s safe to say the former Rugby player revamped his eating habits and always performed a challenging workout plan. For a diet to bring on that totally fit and lean “007” physique, Craig’s breakfast consisted of rye bread, eggs, avocado, kimchi, black coffee, and shots of turmeric while filming “No Time to Die” (via Men’s Journal). Post-workout, Craig typically enjoyed a meal or a plant-based recovery shake made with protein, greens, and nut milk. In addition, he would take a shot of turmeric root juice along with a probiotic shot, Men’s Journal reports.

Healthy eating may very well be the easier part of attaining a toned, buff body. Daniel Craig’s 007 training looks pretty brutal. Men’s Journal provides an inside look, which they call a “pared-down version” of the celeb’s pre-shoot conditioning regimen.

The outlet instructs to perform 10 minutes of cardio on an Assault AirBike or a Wattbike. Follow that up with 12 to 20 reps of exercises in the first superset (which includes moves like low cable chest fly and abdominal rollouts using an ab roller). Do that superset once more, taking breaks when you feel it’s necessary. Keep the momentum going strong with the remaining supersets, which feature exercises like Bosu ball mountain climbers, Russian twists, kettlebell side obliques bend, and bodyweight dips.
