Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup diced pineapples
  • You can be creative – Add a possible blend of fruits (Melon, PawPaw, etc
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 handful fresh or frozen bitter leaf
  • Ice (optional)

Step By Step on How Make Bitter Leaf Smoothie

  1. Thoroughly wash the greens
  2. Place the greens first inside the food process
  3. Add little water to easy the rotation
  4. Blend for 30 – 45 Seconds to give a soft headstart.
  5. Place the wash/diced fruits (in no particular other)
  6. Once all ingredients together in a blender and blend till smooth.
  7. Filter to remove particles.
  8. Serve in a glass with ice.
