Makes 3 cups of salsa
You’ll Need
- 5 Zespri SunGold Kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and finely diced
- 1 small jalapeño, stemmed, seeded, and finely diced
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- Juice from ½ of a fresh lime
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
How to Make It
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
