Kim Kardashian is certainly having her moment. She’s looking great, feeling great, and seems to be taking on many new entrepreneurial ventures. Kim K promotes only products she truly believes in, including her own brands like SKIMS, KKW Fragrance, and KKW Beauty.
And according to recent news, Kim Kardashian has decided to partner with another brand she truly believes in: Beyond Meat! The popular plant-based meat company recently brought on Kim K as their newest (and first-ever) Chief Taste Consultant.
This means that the celebrity will be featuring her favorite Beyond Meat recipes, as well as sharing other content and fun offers through the company.
The choice to partner with Beyond Meat was easy for Kardashian, because she and her family have been a fan of the company for years. In fact, she shared her own plant-based taco recipe with Poosh Magazine in 2021, featuring Beyond Meat.
“I’ve been focusing on going more plant-based and can tell you that Beyond Meat is my absolute favorite—I love how all their products not only taste amazing but are also good for me and my family,” Kardashian said in an exclusive press release shared with us. “Plus, my kids are obsessed with my Beyond Beef taco recipe, the Beyond Burger for BBQs, and Beyond Chicken Tenders for a quick snack. As my fans know, my fridge and freezer are fully stocked with Beyond Meat’s products and I’m so thrilled to be featured in the campaign as its Chief Taste Consultant to inspire people to include Beyond Meat in their diets.”
According to Beyond Meat’s press release, Kim Kardashian is joining a group of celebrity ambassadors who genuinely believe in the mission of Beyond, including Snoop Dog, Shay Mitchell, Kevin Hart, and Liza Koshy.
It comes as no surprise that more and more celebrities are continuing to endorse delicious plant-based products. Not only has lowering your consumption of meat been linked to bettering the environment, but it’s also been linked to better health and overall longevity.
A study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association found that in middle-aged adults, eating a plant-based diet was associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular disease and all-cause mortality.
And if you look at the regions of the world with the longest-living people, AKA the Blue Zones, you’ll find that all of these communities eat a mostly plant-based diet. While this isn’t the only factor in the longevity of these centenarians, it’s a contributing force to their impressive longevity.
